Quiet before the ‘MOM’

Being a mom has made me value those quiet times. The times when no one is crying or yelling or screaming your name. Those times early in the morning or late at night when you can escape from being a Mom for a second and focus on absolutely nothing at all. The problem is that during those times I find myself focusing on everything. I find myself making lists in my head of everything that I did not do or that I need to do. So right now while everyone is still asleep and the house is completely quiet, I am going to take yoga deep inhales and exhales. I am going to prepare my mind for the day ahead realizing that it is going to be filled with everything but quiet moments.
